Sarah Palin Got her passport in 2007 - humm last year - McCain may die while in office - and then we get Palin a woman who just stepped foot out of her own country a year ago for political reasons...
I can't get past this - I have traveled because I'm curious about humanity and this place we ALL call home. In my opinion nothing teaches you more about human kind and your self then traveling period.
I live on a secluded farm way down a gravel road but I got here by way of travel to 24 countries and 6 of the 7 continents. If not for this travel I would lack perspective in my life and have little understanding for any other way to do things.
I just can't imagine anyone being able to lead our country in this global world who knows nothing out side of her small town in Alaska. (not that I would have considered her any way given her running mate - but please)

Man I am SO with you on this!! Her total lack of interest in the world outside of Alaska, much less outside of the US, scares the crap out of me.
