Big Table Farm Dinners !!

We are offering a few Big Table Farm Meals
we’d love to share the bounty of Big Table Farm with you.

Featuring "Joleen the pig" who was raised here on Big Table Farm
we will be smoking a ham for this dinner

The Dinner Menu will be finalized when Brian finishes daydreaming about what he will prepare for you. Final menu will be decided about a week before the event. Dinner will include appetizers followed by a four-course meal with wine pairings chosen by Brian. To whet your appetite, we can tell you that the meal will most likely include things like local cheeses, house-made prosciutto and fruit, a pasta course of handmade ravioli, a main course including meat raised and slaughtered here on Big Table Farm, local seasonal greens, and perhaps a seasonal tart made by Clare. These meals are primarily sourced from Big Table Farm and augmented by other farmer friends who raise food the way we do.

Guests who would like a farm tour are asked to arrive at 5:00pm -
this will be followed by dinner at about 6:30pm

Limited to 10 people
Please RSVP by e-mail to clare

Save the Date!!

the next Dinner is

August 22, 2009 – Big Table Farm Dinner

The garden will be really crankin' by this dinner!!

How long do you want me to wait before I tell my Slow Food and Rare Breed friends in your neck of the woods? They have a tendency to love such events!
