I'll be having an art opening with all the new paintings I've been posting of late and a few more... The art opening is Friday Jan 27th at the The Hilton Eugene as part of the opening reception of the Oregon Truffle Festival !
If you would like to attend the festival there are still a few tickets left for the weekend experiences and immerse you self in food, wine and truffles for a weekend!
Big Table Farm will be partnering up with Chef/Owner Jason French of ned lud and pairing our wines with this special lunch on Saturday! check out this menu people!
truffled white bean purée, flat bread crackers
celery root, truffled remoulade, hazelnuts
truffle roasted hen legs, braised and charred leeks, jus
vanilla and truffle panna cotta, marsala syrup
(hazelnuts from our old vine pinot)
I'll think of you as I watch Mark Rasid training horses in Savannah...so, even if you DO post these things just to make the rest of the nation jealous, well, we try to make up for it in our way. ;>
