Simpatica and Big Table Farm are teaming up again this year for a special evening for those of you who came last year you know you will be in for a very special evening!!
'winemaker dinner and spring release celebration'
This will be a multi-course dinner with big table farm wines paired with each course.
We will be featuring our spring release wines as well
as some extra special bottles -- Brian and I will be bringing some old
vintages and big bottles... sold
out things things not in bottles yet - you name it ... it will be a
super fun evening with good friends and wines...
Amuse - Veal Schnitzel, Housemade Sauerkraut, Pickled Mustard Seed
1st - Charred Escarole, Oil-Cured Olive Crouton, Preserved Lemon, Anchovy Vinaigrette, Cracked Pepper
2nd - Big Table Farm's Egg Yolk Pasta, Foraged Nettles, Mushrooms, Housemade Lemon Ricotta, Browned Butter, Tea
3rd - Slow-braised Pork Coppa, Carrot Spaetzle, Savory Roots, Milk Jam, Whey
4th - Amaretto Cake, Buttermilk Ice Cream, House Preserves
$70 including all wine pairings, excluding gratuity
